  Brow Arc Threading at Brandon Park is hands-down the best place for eyebrow threading, tinting and henna. The precision these ladies have is incredible - majority of these women have been doing this since a young age as it is part of their culture.. MEANING that they have more experience than someone who has just come out of beauty school and you will get better results by going here. Anjali is a personal favourite but all the other ladies are just as good. I will never go anywhere else. 100000/10.

  I was very excited to get my eyebrows threaded after being in lockdown for months. So, after reading the reviews on google I thought I'd give it a try. But, I was very disappointed with the outcome! I went to get my eyebrows threaded and when I entered I told her that I just want to clean my brows without shaping them and I repeated it multiple times to emphasize that I don't want shaping or super thin eyebrows and she kept on saying yeah, yeah ok rushing me like she is sure of what I want and she seemed confident, but I did not get the results I was looking for and not to mention she didn't even prepare my eyebrows at first before threading them. Usually at other saloons they trim with scissors and after she finished she didn't even clean and apply ointment or soothing cream afterwards and not to mention she brushed my eyebrows after the process with a brush without sanitizing it which was very shocking!! So, now let me tell you how I felt during the process. I realized she was taking a really long time threading just one eyebrow and I only wanted cleaning and I noticed a lot of hair is coming out so I told her wait can I see? when I looked at myself in the mirror I was shocked! she left me with almost no eyebrows they were so thin and that area just looked so bold! I was speechless that I couldn't react. I then told her that I don't want shaping just cleaning she said I'm not done yet there are just 3 more hairs to remove in my head I was thinking you literally left me with no hair and you want to remove more? So I told her no this is enough so she went onto the other brow and she even removed it thinner and basically it didn't match my other brow. After, she finished I went to pay and realized she was giving me attitude/being passive because she noticed I wasn't satisfied with the end result. Also, I spoke to her very respectively this whole time even though I did not like my brows. When I walked out of the store I just wanted to rush back home because I felt so insecure about my eyebrows and would prefer walking in public with how my eyebrows looked before getting it done here. I really don't feel comfortable going out in these really thin, uneven-looking eyebrows. So, please if anyone is thinking of going her to get their eyebrows threaded DO NOT COME HERE!! Go to another place I'm actually very disappointed and this is my first time ever doing a google review I usually don't do reviews but the service was so bad that I felt the need to address it publicly.

  I'm a regular customer at Brow Arc and the quality and value is amazing.The staff is very friendly as well as their great job at threading.
