    I've been with them for more than 20 years. Never seen a grumpy face so far, always greeted by courteous staff. Why change for 1 mistake after all these years?

    I can't thank them enough. Particularly the lady who was greeting customers at the front. She was absolutely kind and listened to the customer and willing to figure out the issues for the customers.

    Sheron or whatever that Indian lady was not professional at all and very disrespectful, no greeting and she just not helpful at all, bank need to hire people who is willing to help customer when they struggling, if we could anything online we never come to bank.

    The staff here are quite friendly, but the wait is ridiculous. I've now attempted 4 times to visit the branch for a simple update to my student benefits, which BTW you can only do at a branch and each time the wait has been over 45mins. This is unacceptable for an update that will take less than 5 minutes. Perhaps the branch needs to add more staff so I don't have to wait 45mins for a 5 min job.
